What my clients say

Reiki healing

The Medicine of Light and Life-Force Energy

Reiki healing is a gentle yet powerful experience where I channel universal life-force energy through my hands to support your body’s natural healing processes, dissolve energetic blockages, and restore harmony within your physical, emotional, and spiritual layers.

As this healing energy flows through you, your nervous system softens, the mind enters deep stillness, and your energy field begins to realign with its highest, most vibrant frequency.

Benefits you may experience:

• Deep physical and mental relaxation
• Activation of your natural healing abilities
• Release of stored emotions and energetic stagnation
• Increased clarity, intuition, and inner connection
• A renewed sense of balance, peace, and vitality

Sound healing

The Medicine of Frequency and Vibration

Sound healing is a deeply relaxing and transformative experience where I use the vibrations of instruments such as crystal bowls, crystal harps, and chimes to help you release stress, tension, and energetic blockages.

As you immerse yourself in the waves of sound, your nervous system resets, the mind shifts into meditative states, and your energy realigns with its natural flow.

Benefits you may experience:

  • Profound physical and mental relaxation

  • Access to intuition and inner clarity

  • Release of emotional blockages

  • Increased energy flow and vitality

  • A sense of peace, wholeness, and expansion

Yoga Styles

Haṭha yoga

Ha (ह) means Sun in Sanskrit and Tha (थ) means Moon.
So Hatha Yoga literally means Sun-Moon Yoga and symbolizes the union and balance of opposites within us -effort and surrender, strength and softness, body and mind, masculine and feminine energies.

My Hatha-sessions will leave you feeling like you’ve had a good workout and feel balanced both physically and mentally.

Yin yoga

Yin (陰) is a Chinese word that represents feminine, intuitive, soft, passive, receptive and inward energy.

Yin Yoga is a practice of stillness and surrender. By holding gentle poses for several minutes, we open not only the body but also the mind, allowing energy to flow freely and tension to dissolve. It is a space to connect inward, cultivate presence, and nourish the calm, spacious part of yourself - leaving you feeling restored, balanced, and centered.
